Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. They apply towards your total cost.
In order to reschedule your appointment AND keep your deposit, you must do so 48 hours prior to your appointment. Appointments that are rescheduled WITHIN that time frame will forfeit the deposit.
You may reschedule your appointment twice with your same deposit if guidelines above are followed — a third reschedule will require a new deposit.
Same day cancellations and no-call-no-shows will require an even bigger deposit as collateral if they wish to reschedule a future appointment with me.
